Who We Are
Today, Margarita Liasidou Foundation is a permanent home for 5 dependents and a day care centre for 55 people that need specialised support and services. There is a capacity to expand, provided that the Foundation gets the needed support.
Our Team
At the heart of Margarita Liasidou Foundation lies a dedicated team of multidisciplinary specialists, driven by a shared commitment to enriching the lives of our pupils. Our team is composed of compassionate professionals from diverse fields, including psychology, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, social work, and special education.
Our Story
The Foundation’s story started in 1989 when Mrs Ismini Liasidou Saul decided to leave a legacy in memory of her daugher Margarita by creating a care centre for mentally disabled Pafians to learn new skills, socialise and get the needed therapies and care. Decades on we keep her mission alive and we are determined to excel in this important task!
